Navigating Voluntary Sectors

This section aims to provide information on how to access useful services within the voluntary sector.

Anxiety UK provides support to those with anxiety disorders, such as one-to-one therapy, and specialist helplines.   Membership is required and registration can be completed from the Anxiety UK website.

The Self Help Service is a user-led mental health charity, providing one-to-one therapy, computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT), and self-help groups and courses to people suffering from mental ill health and social exclusion.  For further detailed information about the services available through Self Help Services can be found in their Self Help Services document.
